First Firefox OS phone leaked?

A Spain carrier Telefónica showed a phone running in Firefox OS in the interview of TechWeekEurope US. Telefónica said that Firefox OS can be run in Android phones with the same specifications, but because of the system is simple, the limit of the processor is quite high. So in the same specifications, running similar apps will be faster than Android.

This phone's buttons is very similar with Android phones. And this phone is running Qualcomm processor. In Firefox OS, apps will be running HTML 5. In iOS and Android, 75% of the Apps are running on HTML 5, this makes developers easily move apps to Firefox OS.

The UI of Firefox OS is quite simple, with not too much features, will this fail upon Android?
